From drawing and painting to cutting and sticking and back to painting and drawing.

I can't make decisions and to many ideas pop up in my head just as quickly as they disappear again. I do a lot of drawing, sketching and other stuff and one of the things I'm afraid to tell you is not even half of it shows up on this blog. Actually almost nothing. Even though it can be good or not so good, I'm always unsure about my work.

  3. Die bloempjes zijn zo mooi!

    Ik twijfel ook altijd erg aan mezelf en mijn kunnen en mijn maken. M'n lief zegt vaak dat ik te kritisch ben voor mezelf.
    Vaak heb ik duizend ideeën en raakt er uiteindelijk niet één uitgevoerd omdat ik twijfel of ik het wel ga kunnen, nog voor ik begonnen ben…

    Maar als je ziet hoeveel appreciatie je werk via deze blog alleen al krijgt, dan denk ik niet dat er een reden is voor paniek : )

      Mijn lief zegt identiek hetzelfde! Zo'n gedachten zijn enorm remmend maar het is ook zo moeilijk om ze zomaar opzij te zetten.

  9. I understand this mood where the ideas are numerous and the manners to concretize them are more difficult to catch... The reality of the work (and sometimes of the life) slows the realization, the idea is faster than its realization. And often it is frustrating... But I think that is also the way for creating ...

  23. I love this! Your work is beautiful, so you shouldn't have to worry... I guess that many artists are unsure about their work though. I just started out, and I'm also a bit afraid to share. We'll just have to do it anyway, maybe it will become easier with practice??
